โปรดทราบ: การอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับทุนการศึกษาครั้งต่อไปจะจัดในวันที่ 11 มีนาคม 2020 เวลา 16.00-18.00 น. ที่ Stiftstraße 69 ตึก G ห้อง 124 เนื่องจากเราได้เปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการบางข้อ ขอให้ท่านเข้าร่วมการอบรมครั้งนี้ก่อนสมัคร ถึงแม้ว่าก่อนหน้านี้ท่านจะได้รับทุนการศึกษาไปแล้วก็ตาม

      1. ทุนนักศึกษาดีเด่น
        เรามอบทุนการศึกษาถึง 1,800 ยูโรต่อภาคการศึกษา สามารถสมัครขอทุนสำหรับภาคการศึกษาหน้าได้ข้อกำหนดในการรับสมัคร
        ผู้สมัครต้องมีคุณลักษณะตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในการสมัครขอรับทุน:

        • เป็นนักเรียนต่างชาติระดับปริญญาโทที่ HAW Hamburg และกำลังศึกษาในระยะเวลาการศึกษาแบบ Regelstudienzeit* (*จำนวนภาคการศึกษาตามหลักสูตร)(หากท่านเรียนจบเร็วกว่ากำหนดหนึ่งภาคการศึกษา ท่านสามารถสมัครขอทุน Degree Completion Grant ได้)
        • สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ใช่ในประเทศเยอรมนีหรือจากโรงเรียน Studienkolleg
        • สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี
        • GPA อย่างน้อย 2.5 (ตั้งแต่ภาคฤดูร้อนปี 2020 อาจจะเปลี่ยนเป็น 2.2)
        • ไม่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับ BAföG นั่นคือ ท่านจะไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ § 8 of the Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz (BAföG)(หากไม่แน่ใจ กรุณาติดต่อสำนักงาน BAföG หากท่านเป็นพลเมืองสหภาพยุโรปหรือไม่มีใบอนุญาตพำนักตาม §16 Aufenthaltsgesetz)
        • *นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในสาขาสาธารณสุข การบริหารงานภาครัฐ การจัดการสุขภาพและสังคม อาจจะไม่สามารถสมัครรับทุนได้

         

        Application documents:
        The following documents must be submitted for the application:

        1. For an application in the first semester:
        • Letter of Motivation (max. 1 page): What are your academic and professional goals and how can this scholarship support you in reaching those goals? How are you financing yourself? Are you facing any kind of hardship situation that has negative influences on your ability to concentrate on your studies?(If yes, please provide proof)
        • Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages)
        • Letter of recommendation from a professor at the HAW Hamburg (an updated form can be downloaded here at the beginning of the semester. Letters of recommendation have to be sent directly to the International Office by the professors and do not have to be uploaded to Mobility Online.)
        • Copy of your uni-assist VPD document that clearly states the GPA of your Bachelor’s degree(only if you completed your Bachelor’s degree outside of Germany) or
        • Copy of your Bachelor’s certificate that clearly states the GPA of your Bachelor’s degree (only if you completed your Bachelor’s degree at a German university)
        • Confirmation of enrolment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, download from HELIOS)
        • Copy of your residence permit (for non-EU citizen) or ID/passport (for EU citizens)
        • Bank details (HAW form)
        • Optional: If you would like to include proof of financial hardship in the application, please submit the financial situation form and bank statements of the last three months

         

        1. For an application after the first semester or for an extension
          • Letter of Motivation (max. 1 page): What are your academic and professional goals and how can this scholarship support you in reaching those goals? How are you financing yourself? Are you facing any kind of hardship situation that has negative influences on your ability to concentrate on your studies?(If yes, please provide proof)
          • Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages)
          • Transcript of records (for students from the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science: Please additionally upload the “Bescheinigung über erbrachte Leistungen” that can be filled out by your faculty service office or the chairman of the examination board).
          • Confirmation of enrolment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, download from HELIOS)
          • Copy of your residence permit (for non-EU citizen) or ID/passport (for EU citizens)
          • If you have not received this scholarship before: Letter of recommendation from a professor at the HAW Hamburg (an updated form can be downloaded here at the beginning of the semester. Letters of recommendation have to be sent directly to the International Office by the professors and do not have to be uploaded to Mobility Online.)
          • Bank details (HAW form)
          • Optional: If you would like to include proof of financial hardship in the application, please submit the financial situation formand bank statements of the last three months

      2. ทุนนักเรียนที่มีความมุ่งมั่นสูง
        มหาวิทยาลัย HAW Hamburg มอบทุนการศึกษาถึง 5 ทุนด้วยกันให้กับนักศึกษาต่างชาติที่มีความมุ่งมั่นสูงต่อภาคการศึกษา จำนวนเงินได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)ทุนการศึกษา:
        เรามอบทุนการศึกษาถึง 1,800 ยูโรต่อภาคการศึกษา สามารถสมัครขอทุนการศึกษาสำหรับในอีก 2 ภาคการศึกษาหน้าได้

        ข้อกำหนดในการรับสมัคร
        ผู้สมัครต้องมีคุณลักษณะตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในการสมัครขอรับทุน:

        • เป็นนักเรียนต่างชาติที่ HAW Hamburg (สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ใช่ในประเทศเยอรมนีหรือจากโรงเรียน Studienkolleg)
        • สำเร็จการศึกษาไปแล้วอย่างน้อย 1 ภาคเรียนที่ HAW Hamburg
        • GPA อย่างน้อย 2.5
        • เป็นจิตอาสา (พร้อมหลักฐาน)
          • เกี่ยวกับชาวต่างชาติที่ HAW Hamburg เช่น ที่งานต่าง ๆ ของสำนักงานนานาชาติอย่าง โปรแกรม weBuddy, กิจกรรม Welcome Weeks, Culture Café, Intercultural Trainings, Presentation of Nations, Language Tandems ในฐานะสมาชิก ASTA, FSR หรือคณะกรรมการนักเรียนอื่น ๆ
        • หากท่านวางแผนจะทำจิตอาสาต่อ กรุณาระบุในจดหมายแรงบันดาลใจในเนื้อหาที่ท่านนึกคิดจะมีส่วนร่วม
        • ไม่รับการสนับสนุนทางการเงินใด ๆ จาก HAW Hamburg ในช่วงสมัครทุนการศึกษา
        • หากท่านมีรายได้มากกว่า 800 ยูโร/เดือน ในช่วงสมัครทุนการศึกษา จำนวนเงินก็จะลดลงไป

        • Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages focusing mainly on your voluntary commitment and your academic achievements)
        • Letter of Motivation (max. 2 pages)
          • In which contexts are you volunteering? What motivated you to be a volunteer? Optional: Where do you want to volunteer next semester? Which activities could the International Office offer that you would like to volunteer for?
        • Proof of your voluntary commitment (type, scope and duration of the commitment, e.g. a letter of recommendation of a person who can confirm your commitment)

หมายเหตุ: ท่านสามารถสมัครมากกว่าหนึ่งทุนการศึกษาเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการรับทุน อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่สามารถได้รับมอบทุนการศึกษาได้มากกว่า 1 ทุน
